Freiheitslust heißt für mich, mein Leben bewusst so zu gestalten, wie es sich für mich richtig anfühlt.

Freiheitslust bedeutet für mich, den Raum zu spüren, in dem ich ganz bei mir sein darf. In der Stille des Yin Yoga finde ich Entspannung, lasse los und höre wieder auf das, was mein Körper mir sagt. Dieses Gefühl versuche ich in meinen Yogakursen gern weiterzugeben. Außerdem spüre ich Freiheitslust draußen in der Natur, beim Wandern, beim Ausreiten im Wald, aber auch auf Reisen, wenn dieses Gefühl von Weite und Leichtigkeit entsteht.
